ERMENEK Dam and HEPP Project is located on Ermenek Creek of Göksu River in the province of Karaman, in Mid-Southern Türkiye. The Project was designed for power generation, with two components; Ermenek Dam and Hydroelectric Power Plant and Erik Diversion and Hydroelectric Power Plant.

Ermenek Dam and HEPP mainly comprises a double-curvature assymmetrical thin concrete arch dam body having a height of 210 meters from its thalweg and appurtenant structures (218m from its foundation), situated at a narrow and deep canyon, and a 8064m long pressure tunnel connecting to a surface type powerhouse with 308.9MW installed capacity.

Erik Diversion and HEPP mainly comprises a diversion structure leading through a 4150m pressure tunnel to a run-off-river type underground power cavern with 6.5MW installed capacity.

The Project will be built with 100% foreign financing by Ermenek Consortium. The contract value is EUR 539,635,747.-
